Dale R. Winchell Construction, Inc., has been licensed by the California Contractors State License Board CSLB since 1984. The license has been active ever since and has never been suspended, disciplined, or revoked. Originally the company was held as a Sole Proprietor. In 2017 I formed a corporation and filed an application with the CSLB to maintain the license number as a part of the new corporation. That application was granted.
In 2020, DRWC, Inc. contracted to complete a Hillside Stabilization project in the Hollywood Hills. The multi-million-dollar project was completed on time and on budget. This was one of the first Permanent Hillside Stabilization projects approved within the City of Los Angeles.
