Timeline

1976 – Start in construction Industry

I began my career in construction working for a framing company as an apprentice carpenter.

1984 – Dale R. Winchell Construction Company

I was licensed by the California Contractors State License Board CSLB. My license has been continuously active since 1984.

1995 – Construction Consultant

I started working for Jax Kneppers Associates and managed the JKA SoCal office for the next 22 years.

2017 – Winchell Consulting Corp.

I left JKA to start my own construction consulting firm.
